Our billet aluminum PCV Port adaptor for the LS square port truck intake manifold is designed to fit perfectly in the original PCV port location and seal with an OEM style o-ring seal, this adaptor features two 1/8" NPT ports that can be plugged or used to add AN or barbed fittings as needed.

Machined from billet aluminum for strength and light weight and anodized black for a clean OEM appearance our adaptor is designed to provide a clean solution without additional fabrication or modification to your intake manifold.

Fits OEM GM truck square port intake manifolds from 2009-2018 6.0 and 6.2 truck and van LS engines with p/n 12597600, 25379711, 25379713, GM truck cathedral port intake manifold p/n 12638038 and other OEM GM intakes with this style PCV port (see reference image) including any that use PCV line p/n 12597774.

Includes O-ring and two NPT plugs.
